On this morning I have decided to film my resistance band workout and stretches. Everything starts out going smooth and it’s sexy to watch me in a silhouette against my blinds. After awhile, I start to struggle with my workout because I’m out of shape and need to workout more. When I run in place I really feel the exhaustion set in and can’t help but laugh at myself. Even so, I push through and finish my workout.
