This is just a small part of my actual run. I love distance running! I ran for 1 hour, but shared pieces in between to show different variations of sweat levels. I turn the audio down a bit to avoid some of the loud obnoxious motor sound of my treadmill. I run often and hard so I have definitely worn this treadmill out. Enjoy
