She does not immediately notice your presence and continues to ruminate and laugh loudly. When she finally notices you, she quickly closes the package of cookies (which she will continue to stick her hands in while talking to you) and tries to pull herself together.

She tries to hint to you that you have found her in a moment of relax, that she has not been the whole month lounging on the bed eating, but that she has been so busy that she has even forgotten to eat dinner at times!

This is all very strange, because you can't help but notice a prominent fat belly that she didn't have before... surely she gained weight this month, that she forgot some meals is really not believable!

Offended, Luna proposes to weigh herself in front of you.
You are in the bathroom now, and with irritation she picks up the digital scale, complaining about your rudeness. She gets on the scale and... rests her belly on the sink.
