I have never needed to practice an enema. As you can see, I often suffer from diarrhea attacks and it would have been useless. Unfortunately, in the last period I've been suffering from the opposite problem: in fact I have suffered of constipation for days. I really need to go so I bought an enema bag.
After assembling the device and filling it with water, I try to use it in different positions: first standing, then sitting on the floor. The last one proves to be the best position and I feel the lukewarm water flowing gently into my intestine!

My initial idea was to retain the water for at least ten minutes, but... as I told you, this was my first enema and I had absolutely no idea of the feeling that a liter of water inside me would give!
I run on the toilet after a few moments, just in time to let an explosion come out of my butt! The water keeps coming out of my little hole, and the cramps are very painful. Unfortunately, having done this enema to solve my constipation, I couldn't film directly the water coming out of my body, because obviously it would have been full of... brown love!
