It's Sunday and in my family this has always been lasagna day. I want to carry on the tradition in my house too!
But I want to do it my way.. by measuring and weighing myself both before and after lunch. How much do you think I could make on a single meal?
I measure both the circumference of my belly with a measuring tape, then step on the digital scale. The eating part of the video is sped up because I wanted to focus mainly on the before and after measurements, but you can still get an idea of how much lasagna I ate!

I'm barely talking and my breathing is loud.. my stomach is so full of delicious food that I can feel all my organs being crushed by it. I just want to rest now!

(ps: in the final measurement I misread the tape measure by one centimeter.. I was so bloated that I couldn't bend over properly to read the numbers! Sorry!)
