She says not, just before the cop throws a ball of silver foil into her vehicle and says that he thinks he sees something illegal. At this point, he makes Becca hand over her car keys and says he wants her to undress to see if she is concealing anything else about her person. The cop makes her step from the car and strip, peeing off her skin-tight white pants and boots. When she is naked and shivering with cold, the cop handcuffs her and tells her to get back into her vehicle. He drops her car keys between her legs and walks off, leaving her in this totally humiliating situation.
