"Start in a standing POV.
You are wearing heels and are slightly taller than me.
You are wearing something sleeveless but wearing a covering to start and a skirt.
You and I just finished up our first date together.
You clearly did not enjoy the date and are a bit sour in general, trying to wrap it up.
I ask you about a second date and this sets you off.
You laugh at me for even asking and point out that my shortness is your first issue with me.
I mention that your heels are the reason you appear taller than me currently and give the appearance that I am short.
You take off your heels and the POV is such that you are just barely shorter than me, which you point out, comparing our heights with your hand.
You also talk about how scrawny and pathetic I look for someone who has been dedicated to working out at the gym for the past 7 years.
You remove whatever was covering your arms and flex a bit, lightly, noting that even with barely ever working out you have decent muscles already.
You continue mocking me, and even though I'm just standing there doing nothing wrong, you decide to go a step further.
You pull out a small device and activate it to drain me a bit so that we're the same height now and you've taken just a bit of my muscle.
You mock me about this and start getting a little power hungry as you observe your new muscles, noting you always wanted more muscle but were just lazy and didn't want to work for them (kind of a bratty attitude).
I'm clearly confused and getting desperate.
I think I still have a bit of a strength advantage so I suddenly try to rush you and see if I can take the device before it's too late.
You look worried/scared for a moment as you fumble with the device but you are able to activate it for another drain before I can get it from you.
I am now at boob height with you and now even weaker.
Now in control, you regain your confident and cruel attitude as you mock me some more.
I start to sob a bit and beg you to reverse the process, but with some evil glee you tell me it's all completely permanent, telling me I'll be weak and short forever with a sort of wide eyed expression.
You decide to test your strength a bit, punching me hard in the ribs and hearing one crack.
You are over the moon with how strong you are and want more.
You drain me again bringing me down to be level with your abs (and maybe you lift your top to show off your stomach briefly).
You are disgusted with how emaciated I am looking but make fun of me for it compared to your full and powerful frame.
I start to cry but you just happily mock me and flex, enjoying your new height and muscle.
You get another idea, grabbing one of my arms.
You slowly start to bend it with the intent of breaking it.
I sob and cry but you just make fun of my pleas as you bend my arm as slowly as possible, drawing it out and making it painful for me before it breaks with a loud snap.
You are once again exhilarated by your new strength.
You see me slowly starting to try and back away but decide that's not happening and with an almost crazed expression use the device for a big drain saying something like "shrink, bitch, shrink!" really drawing out the syllable in a gleeful tone as I shrink down even more, even you're surprised how emaciated and short I am at this point.
You quickly break my other arm, mocking my cries of agony and my pleas for mercy (like making fun of my voice). Getting a rush off of that you decide to just beat me down entirely.
You knock me down, crush my leg bones, pummel my ribs, etc. until I'm just a mess.
Then you decide to move on and show the world your new strength and maybe even drain some more people."
