I begin this clip by oiling my neck and collar bone, close up (high definition). Following this, I stretch/ turn my neck fully to the left side, slowly, then to the right. I return back to front (facing cam), and arch neck all the way back, dropping head behind me, I move my whole body to the side, and repeat. Then I move to the front and go through the steps again, before doing a Round with my body turned to the other side.
