Well not to go all Patrick Bateman or anything (haha)... but first I scrub out my mouth with coconut oil (gums and all). Second I go APE SHIAAT brushing my teeth with toothpaste, twice. I really scrub the out of those little twinkles! Third, I floss, which hurts a little (it's been a few days on the flossing and my gums are sensitive). Fourth, I apply my "natural" whitening gel, and make a Horsey face. Topless throughout. No Baking Soda today, as it is too abrasive for every day use hehe.
