The neighborhood was nice and quiet until Steve Villa moved in. You'd think he is too old for throw loud parties with loud music and people coming and going all night lone. I've already reported him to the HOA once and I thought that would put an end to his parties, but I was wrong. He comes over to inform me he is planning a big party tonight and I see red. NO!!
