Dropping a large amount of the blue potion into her night time tea, Jae Lynn brings Akira her drink for the night and ensures she drinks every last drop! Waking up the next morning after having a crazy night of dreaming, Akira notices something isn’t quite right... feeling herself up and down, she notices that her belly has grown four sizes overnight! Her bladder is pressing and more uncomfortable than ever, nipples are sore and aching, everything is overstimulating to Akira! Screaming as she looks over her new belly-bump in bed, Jae Lynn comes running in only to laugh at her now also pregnant step-sister! Jae Lynn tells her that this is what she gets for being so insensitive to her hormonal feelings.
Shocked and frustrated, pregnant Akira waddles over to the couch and decides to calm herself down with a cigarette. Belly kicking uncontrollably, back and other unmentionable body parts aching and swelling, Akira is desperate for some relief! Sparking up the smoke, Akira sucks heavily in as she attempts to feel somewhat normal again- or at least feel less like she is carrying another planet inside of her! Surprisingly, after a minute of steady smoking the kicking and discomfort started to let up immensely. Sighing in satisfaction, Akira finishes her cigarette as she figures out just how to dish out some payback to her step-sister Jae Lynn.
Knowing how much Jae Lynn has been craving junk food, Akira gets the wicked idea to spike her gummies with ultra hot sauce- just to kick things up a bit! Taking a syringe, Akira injects the hot sauce into the gummies and packs them back up before handing them over to her unsuspecting step-sister. Jae Lynn takes her time enjoying eating them, chugging soda and burping up the mighty gas that built up as she drank and ate the hot sauce gummies. Starting to feel weird, Jae Lynn starts sweating and feeling a new pressure in her belly- along with a very wet crotch...
Realizing her water has just broke, Jae Lynn yells for her step-sister to help her. Contraction after contraction start to hit, getting closer and closer together in a matter of only minutes! Screaming in pain and panic, Jae Lynn moans in agony with each passing contraction. Realizing they have hardly any time, Akira insists on keeping her step-sister there for a home birth! Getting her step-sister undressed, she holds her hand as Jae Lynn crushes it with each passing wave of intense pain. Both girls now screaming in a mix of panic and pain, Akira gathers herself and guides her step-sister through some breathing exercises.
The two girls know it’s time to push! It’s very intense and yet also satisfying to let her body guide her naturally, as Jae Lynn grunts and makes pushing noises. Catching her breath between each push, Jae Lynn starts to get shaky and weak...
