i just got home from work & the last thing i want to do is talk to the dumbass bank teller on the phone about their mistake in charging me fees. i try & remain calm but after the third person i speak to in customer service i cant remain calm and be polite anymore. my anger & rage get the best of me. so much for my new work shirt. i get so pumped and full of adrenaline that the shirt just busts open in the front when i take a deep breath to scream. after a few yells and busting out of my shirt i feel better....ahh shirt ripping is actually stress relief!
