She relaxes in the livingroom with a book when the full moon rises highest in the black sky. The clock chimes and she begins to transform. She sweats profusely, and then she hears a ringing in her ear. She looks at her hand in horror as she feels the bones break. Her hand is transforming into a paw, hair grows down her palms, down her chest, Her breasts grow, more nipples grow under her own. Her facial bones break and gives way to a wolf's muzzle. She stretches out her spine as she feels the vertebrae grow. Her eyes transform, she squints as she gets used to her new, sharp vision. She writhes in pain and horror as her feet transform, busting her heels. More hair grows out of her pores, down her chest, down her spine, she feels her tailbone poking out of her skin. A twitchy tail grows from her ass, the hairs growing long and thick into a tail. She jumps through the door, her tail swishing behind her.
