This first clip begins with Jill doing one-legged calf raises, one after another like they were nothing. (They're not ‘nothing' since Jill is a very big girl!) She keeps going and going as she and the photographer talk about how strong her old friend is. Finally she tires of doing raises with her one leg and shifts all her weight to the other. Her calves are ” and swollen up with the effort. A scene change and the camera's on the floor. The early morning sun pouring through the blinds makes for very good viewing, as you shall see. (Remember she was a basketball player in college, and thrives on exercise! You can see how much she enjoys the feeling of her calf muscles contracting as she goes up and down, up and down.) She gets a cell phone call, but that doesn't stop her from showing off her freshly-pumped up calves! Next is Jill using the portable stairstepper, making her big calves even bigger. She likes it, she says, and here again her natural athleticism shows—she never saw the thing before but she steps on and goes at it like she's used it for years. There's one short segment where she really goes fast. You will enjoy seeing her pins pumping!
