I was so constipated today, and spotting before my period starts. I sit on the toilet and right away i surprisingly pop a small one out. It was really tiny and a little squishy. There is a bit of grunting and struggling to push them out while I read my book. I manage to squeeze out another sticky one, but then im done. I can feel more in me but cant get it out! I use a LOT of wipes to clean up. They were small but messy! Hopefully soon Ill get it all out.
