Always puff out both the cheeks & Puff out the cheeks with air to the max. 4. Squishing the cheeks has to be done in three ways. 1. Using one finger. 2. Once in a while use a single palm to squish the puffed out cheeks (like all the fingers of the palm on one side and the thumb on the other side). Donts: 1. Donot puff one cheek. 2. No need to squish the face or pouted lips or squishing lips. 3. No need to talk.
