Here is a BRAND NEW girl named Tiffany. She's local and from Philly and she's only 20 years old. Her feet are a size 8 and this girl is non-stop giggling, lol! One thing I have noticed about Tiffany is she's always giggling anyway and laughs at everything you say. The fact, that she's ticklish is even better!
