In the back woods of trailer park west Virginia, Helen is having a hard time training this new, lazy, rude, undisciplined black foot slave. So she seeks the aid of her experience Dom friend. Once Lady Bruna arrives she quickly takes control of the situation with a swift kick to his face knocking him to the floor.
