Pre-gym Riley had to stop in for a quick pee...and gave a quick attempt at pushing before giving up and moving along. After the gym she came back for another session, phone in hand, and settles in for a straining attempt at moving along the blockage in her bowels. It works much better this time and you can hear each hard little plop plunge into the bowl as she bears down to them out.
