Continuing his rein of power from the last time we saw him, the giant jock has left the gym to expand his power to the rest of the city! As he wreaks havoc on the defenseless city, destroying buildings and stomping on all the tiny humans in his wake, the tinies who caused it all have devised a last-ditch effort to shrink him back to normal size. But their plan backfires, and, as fate would have it, they find themselves with an even BIGGER problem!
