I greedily inhale two Marlboros while driving down the highway.

Deep drags into my smoker’s lungs, with plenty of huge exhales.

There’s lots of coughing, too. And....gross alert!....I also need to spit a couple of times into a plastic bag. Some of you will enjoy that. Lol.
