Mel finds a tiny man on a table and asks him if he’s lost. He tells her he’s looking for his step-brother, who’s been out of sight for a while and worries him.
He’d do anything to find him.
Mel pretends to be worried as well and plays as a sweet, caring, loving person who wants to help, offering him her hand to carry him around and look for his step-brother.
Once he’s in her palm Mel asks him what his sibling looks like. He explains it and then she picks him up over her face and sticks her long tongue out to ask if that on her tongue is him.

Mel pretends to be worried as well and plays as a sweet, caring, loving person who wants to help, offering him her hand to carry him around and look for his step-brother.

The tiny between her fingers starts to panic as she giggles at his despair. Mel barely tries to calm him down as she enjoys his cries while she swirls and sucks on his step-brother inside her mouth.
She's played with his step-brother, swirling him around in her mouth, tasting and sucking on him until he was weak enough to give in and tell her where his older step-brother was.
Now it's his turn, so she just plays with him a bit more and eats him while his older step-brother watches. She shows him her empty mouth to prove his step-brother is forever gone.
She drops him inside the tiny jar she’s wearing as a collar and walks away to carry on with her day.
Later that day, she addresses the tiny hanging from her neck inside the little jar. She’s been pondering what to do with him and wants to know what he thinks about his options.
Be merciful and bring him back to his family, ending his suffering and giving him a chance to thrive despite the pain that losing his step-brother the way he did may cause him and his loved ones. Another option would be to join his step-brother inside her stomach. He may still be alive, in case he wants to say a final goodbye before they melt together inside of her.
Mel unties her necklace and holds the string over her face to check on the tiny inside the plastic jar from a closer point.
He begs to be brought back to his family. Mel taunts him to try otherwise since it may not feel cool for his step-brother to be abandoned inside her belly, leaving him alone as he digests alive into nothing.
However, the tiny man has already made up his mind about it, he wants to be back with his family. Mel accedes and picks him out of his prison.
Excited to see your family again?
Once again Mel pretends to be caring and gentle with him only to get his family address from him. He tells her where he and his relatives live and she mocks him for being so naive.
He’s been fooled again.
Mel laughs at his hopes of getting back to his life. He's not. He’s joining his step-brother inside of her and then tomorrow she’ll decide what she’ll do with his family. As she cruelly explains to him what is going to be like for him inside her stomach she teases him with her tongue, licking and sucking on his body with passion.
Eventually she puts him in her mouth, savors him for a while and finally eats him.
She talks to him as he lands in her stomach, enjoying the moment of having him fighting desperately for his life inside of her in vain, barely making anything noticeable for her. Eventually she pats her belly and goes on with her day, as if there were no one inside of her trying to get her attention back.
