With their legs stretched out, they casually place their feet side by side, and it's clear that Alice has the tiniest and shortest feet that Kendra has ever known. Kendra, on the other hand, is naturally endowed with massive 11" to 12" feet, which are at least 4 or 5 inches bigger than Alice's.
As they talk, they curl and scrunch their toes, revealing the extent of their contrasting foot sizes. Alice sheepishly admits that her small feet are a mere size 2 in the non-adult foot section. Occasionally, she can squeeze into adult-size 4 shoes, but they are rare to find. Alice likes wearing heels or wedges, mainly to add to her height, but that doesn't change the fact that she has extremely small feet.
Kendra, wanting to have an accurate measurement, whips out her Clips4Sale ruler and bends down to measure their foot sizes. Starting with Alice's feet, she places the ruler on her sole, and it easily measures a little over 8 inches, running from her big toe to the very edge of her cracked heels. Alice then takes the ruler and measures Kendra's feet, and as expected, she measures a whopping 10.5 inches, just a tad shy of passing a regular 12-inch ruler. The contrast between their feet is striking. While Alice's feet look dainty, cute, and squishy-like a toy, Kendra's feet seem massive for a regular woman's feet, or maybe Alice's feet are just unusually small. In fact, Alice's tiny feet are almost the size of Kendra's hands, with the width of her foot measuring barely 3 inches, and Kendra's feet easily covering her friend's tiny feet. When they measure the soles against each other, Alice's whole foot can't even reach past Kendra's arches. And Kendra's pinky toe, which measures an inch and a half, is too big for Alice's pinky toe, which doesn't quite reach an inch. Even their big toes - Kendra measuring about two inches while Alice barely registers one and a quarter inch - illustrate their remarkable difference.
Laughing, they continue talking casually about how their unconventional foot sizes have affected their lives. But still, Kendra remains fascinated and amazed by just how flexible Alice's tiny toes are, wriggling and moving effortlessly - perhaps that's the perk of having such small feet.
With foot sizes at opposite ends of the spectrum, best friends Alice and Kendra find themselves marveling over their unconventional extremities, leaving them to ponder: what does an "average" female foot look like when you've got one friend with barely three-inch width and the other with feet almost as long as a ruler?
