As Frank stood there, frozen in fear, he couldn't help but notice the way SeeChelle and Kitty were looming 16" inches over him, laughing and pointing at him. Following their gaze, he saw his envelope of cash, before he could react, they were upon him, their long, strong fingers wrapping around his arms and legs like steel bands. "Oh my, Kitty," SeeChelle teased, "do you see how little his fingers are compared to mine?" She held up her hand, her long fingers curling around Frank's, her fingers engulfing his as her finger tips curl all the way down to his knuckles. "Why, they're almost the half the size of mine!" They both laughed heartily, the sound echoing.

They continue to compare their own sizes to his, feeling a sense of superiority and amusement, poking at his tiny waist and thighs, laughing at how they could easily wrap their hands around them. "And look at this!" Kitty added, her grip on his leg tightening. "My foot is bigger than his whole body!" They both howled with laughter, the sound bouncing off the buildings and filling Frank's ears. He felt humiliated and helpless, his cash held high above their heads where he couldn't reach it even if he jumped. He tried to plead with them, but their laughter hushed out his words. "Please," he begged, "I need that money."

SeeChelle paused for a moment, a mischievous glint in her eye. "Oh, don't you worry, little man," she purred. "We have plans for that money. Much better plans than you could ever have." And with that, she gave him a wicked grin before adding, "Besides, who says you can't have some fun with it first?"

Playing keep away, they make Frank jump as high as he can, they try to reach the cash in their hands that they have raised high above their heads. But no matter how hard he tries, he just can't reach it. His short stature is no match for their long arms and massive hands. They taunt him, telling him to jump higher and higher, until he is panting and out of breath.
