When the food is creamy enough, keep open your mouth and with a little spoon you collect from inside of your mouth the mush (don't spit the mush but collect it directly from your tongue still inside your mouth)
You take a look closer at the mush on the spoon and realized that is exactly the mush you wanted for your canapes!!
So you take a disc of white bread and you put that mush on it for create the first olive and white cheese canapes.
Now you will procede with the rest of the preparation of the dinner!
