I "quit" smoking a few months ago and I haven't touched a cigarette since. However, recently I've been really craving it and I finally caved. I picked up a pack of Marlboro Red 100s and had my first cigarette in what felt like ages. The smoke hurt the back of my throat again, the taste was awful, I felt shaky and nauseous. It reminded me of when I first started smoking.
