Smoking is awful for me and I know it. Even in the short time that I've started again I already feel my asthma starting up again. I use my inhaler daily, I cough all the time, I always feel tight in the chest. Smoking and asthma don't seem to mix well at all. I've already gone through an entire inhaler. But I still can't bring myself to quit again.
