I was able to go over 6 minutes the night before training. This time I wanted to have orgasms and oh boy did I! I even went much longer to over 8 minutes. This is so hard to explain how hard this is and yet how rewarding it is. The fear, panic, stress, lack of O2, and everything else makes it so hard and so rewarding.
