So I think I have figured out the secret to the best veiny hands ever. I do a mix of elastic and rope to make them pop out the most! Once they are restricted, I flex My hands again and again, to get the veins to pop out nice and plump. I restrict for a couple min so that I get bulging veins. I then play with them and lick them. Yea, best I have ever done!
