If you clench your hand into a fist strong enough, it will shake. Don't believe Me? Try! But this is what I do. I extend My hand out towards you and slowly form a fist. But then I grip even tighter to make it shake. I do this with each hand a couple times (giving all angles and views), then both hands. I'd have to say, I'm pretty great at make em shake!
