It's actually a very physical thing. Maintaining positions, doing exactly what the director says, and being perfect. Oh and don't forget the hours of makeup and wardrobe. It's exhausting! No wonder as soon as I got home I in full makeup and lingerie. I rest as soundly as a baby. It's the best possible way to take a nap don't you think? Just be super exhausted and, boom, there you go! Nap time.
