I learned a long time ago that when I jump rope, at higher intensities, a little bit of pee would come out. Thank goodness I would always wear dark bottoms. This way you could not tell that I had slightly wet Myself. So I'm doing a little bit of an experiment. I'm doing other movements to see if I can get the same result. But this time I am not trying to prevent it, like I would do at the gym. And I've got to say, I am quite successful at this experiment. Watch and see.
