I decided to give jumping rope a try. I used to be able to do all sorts of tricks with a jump rope, but now days I can barely jump over the rope because my big belly keeps throwing me off! Not to mention I get so tired while doing it. So much in fact i take a much needed break and played with my belly catching my breath.
