Its the beginning of the year and usually everyone's motivated to get healthy. Me on the other hand am not into it. I've tried several times to cut back or be more active but, I'm always slowed down by all my fat. I figure; fuck it. Might as well keep eating and gorging till I pop. I just can't resist the lazy and glutenous lifestyle of gaining.
