Ellcee receives a phone call from an admirer that has been following her everywhere, including the beach. Her obsessed fan "Kevin" keeps bothering her asking to massage her feet. Ellcee tells him to leave her alone and stop harassing her. With a specially constructed wave frequency he takes over Ellcee's mind, making her his foot slave.
