This guy is really out of practice... The only thing he's got going for him is witty remarks and perhaps an immunity to damage from Chinese balloons popping. All that said, most balloons he does sitpop fair and square! So maybe it's not all bad. Surely cheerleading for camerawoman Celestine helped.
