I plan on helping you throughout the next month (and hopefully beyond) to become a better, stronger, more intentional human, and to help you remember why you're here in the first place. I invite you to set your intentions before this session, whether that be to lessen your porn consumption, push yourself back to the church, or whatever else might be important to you during this time. Remember honesty is the best policy. We will be dealing with sensitive topics, so I encourage you to press pause at any time, breathe deep, and center your thoughts before continuing.
