This is my very first time taking an ice bath! As soon as I sit down I start shivering and my shoulders and neck tense up. I push myself to stay in the cold water as long as I can but I get to my breaking point and stand up. My butt, legs and feet are so pink! I get out of the tub and am still shaking and my teeth are still chattering. I say this is my first and only ice bath but I do love a challenge so maybe I'll try it again some day.
