This employee has been up to he's old tricks again by pestering the other girls in the office so I've called him in to give him a verbal warning and remind him he could loose his job over this sort of behaviour. Which up on hearing he becomes really apologetic and starts to beg for his job and tells me he will do anything to keep it.
