Literally, in this case.

Most of Goddess Adrienne's trampling is focused on the slave's chest, but she also takes the time to work over his stomach and step on his face. She even has him lick the bottoms of her Converse. They may be new but that doesn't mean she can't use a slave's tongue to make them a little shinier.

The slave's body takes a bruising as one might expect, but Goddess Adrienne doesn't forget about his ego. The slave is verbally humiliated throughout as Goddess Adrienne makes sure he understands exactly how lowly he is compared to her.
