You've come in today to discuss your hardship with exercising- you're just not motivated, excited and energetic to work out. I suggest because of your busy schedule that we try working out during our time together- but even better, you won't have to feel like it's work at all. I'll put you in a nice stupor of mesmerization so it'll be like resting while getting work done! To make sure we get what you like, I ask you to describe what you think of when you think energetic... and you say a puppy. I giggle, but also have a great idea. I tell you not to worry, we will give you the energy of a puppy and get your exercise and health back on track in no time. You're put under my spell with my swinging pendant, soothing voicd, and counting backwards from 10. Then, that's when I reveal the truth. I'm not just any counselor, I'm a witch who is extra good at helping clients because I transform them once they're mesmerized and have them reach their goals. You won't remember these things later after our session, but until then I wanted to be honest with you. Consent is important! You're happy to be mentally transformed into a puppy. Full of energy and excitement we do some puppy exercises- focusing on butt wiggles (making those hips and waistline smaller), then little hops for some cardio, and some arm workouts with a downwarddog yoga move. Sometimes I reward you with imaginary treats to keep you motivated and remind you of how well you're doing. You've broken a sweat in no time! You're worked out and now it's time to let you out of the stupor. You won't remember what happened, but you'll be happy and still full of puppy energy even though you'll have your human brain again. You'll feel motivated to come back and I look forward to future sessions!
