Boy, that really tickles! At times, Charlee has to tie back his big toes to further immobilize his feet. She also tickles him with a hairbrush, gliding the bristles all over his tootsies, which keeps him suffering hysterically in agony. When she's done with the brush, she goes back to using her fingers which works even better the second time around!
