Charlee has noticed a strange girl lurking around her house lately. The young female is wearing a white sun dress, black high heel shoes and sheer pantyhose. She's been captured and bound to a chair tied up using rope. She is interrogated by Charlee trying to get information on who she is, what she's doing around her house and why she's been following her around. At first, Charlee thinks she's some sort of spy or government agent. To get information out of her, Charlee uses her best weapon, tickle interrogation. As it turns out, the captured girl is extremely ticklish on her feet and toes, especially while in nylons. This will work in the interrogator's favor! First, she tickles her feet while still in the shoes. Then, she removes the her black high heels to reveal her pantyhose feet. She tickle her nylon covered feet using her only her fingers and long fingernails, keeping her hysterically laughing, screaming and squirming, while she interrogates her. She tickles her soles, arches, heels and sides of her long, slender feet. She tickles underneath and in between her toes. She tickles the tops of her feet and around her ankles. Despite the agony and being brought to hysterics, the ticklish girl remains defiant. Eventually though, to stop her suffering, she confesses the truth about who she is and what she was looking for.
