Charlee and her friend are sitting on the couch talking about their New Year's Resolutions. “So what's your New Year's Resolution,” Charlee asks her friend. “My resolution is to stop eating a lot of junk food,” she responds. Then she asks Charlee about her's. “Mine is a little bit more unconventional,” Charlee tells her. “You know how much I love nylons, feet and tickling. Well, I did a LOT of that last year. So my resolution is to NOT tickle any nylon covered feet.” Charlee was way too consumed with tickling nylon feet last year. She was out of control! “Oh wow, that's a BIG step,” comments her friend. “How do you think you're gonna do?” the friend asks. Meanwhile, Charlee's friend is looking ultra sexy in a white top, black mini skirt, sheer tan pantyhose and the red high heel shoes. She begins to taunt Charlee with her gorgeous pantyhosed feet, putting them in her lap and asking her, “How are you gonna react when you come across these feet?“ Charlee is so tempted. Her friend is so evil for shoving her pretty feet in her face, teasing and taunting her like that, bringing her to the brink of breaking her New Year's Resolution. Charlee can't help but look, but she cannot touch! Her friend begins wiggling her feet, making her heels fall off and exposing her nylons. The friend puts them in Charlee's face telling her, “You know you wanna tickle those feet!” “I do. But I'm trying to behave,” Charlee replies. But Charlee can only hold out for so long. She reaches out and uses one finger to give her friend's feet a little tickle. Her friend begins to giggle and then spreads and curls her toes in front of Charlee's face. “You're so evil!” Charlee tells her as she begins tickling the girls feet. The girl is so sensitive, she is very ticklish, even to the lightest of touches. Charlee tickle up and down her soles, arches, heels and sides of her pantyhosed feet. She tickles underneath and in between her toes. She tickles the tops of her feet. The girl is in constant laughter, laughing, screaming and squirming. "I lose. I broke." Charlee admits. “But you're gonna lose too because I have tons of candy and soda!” Charlee continues tickling her nylon feet and enjoys it, despite breaking her resolution so early into the year. When Charlee's done tickling, she says “Thank you. That was a lot of fun.” And she decides that she's changing her New Year's Resolution. She's gonna wear more pantyhose herself this year instead. Then she reminds her friend that she's gonna bring out all her junk food and soda so she can break her resolution too. The role of the friend is played by Amanda Bryant.
