Charlee HotCat's bare feet with her long fingernails, running them up and down his big soles, over his heels and under and between his toes. HotCat is beyond ticklish and his feet are the most ticklish part of his body. He can barely contain himself as she his bare soles with her long fingernails. He thrashes all about, unable to get away and unable to stop the Charlee decides to make his even more unbearable. She pours oil on her hands and slathers the bottom of his feet with it. She continues him with her fingers and long fingernails while verbally him over not fixing her sink. Next she uses a long hard feather, running it up and down his soles and all around his toes and heels. HotCat throws his head back, laughing in complete hysterics, barely able to catch his breath. Charlee is nowhere near finished with him yet though. She plans to not only punish him but to teach him a lesson. She turns on an electric toothbrush and runs it all over his oiled up soles. He begs for mercy and forgiveness but Charlee doesn't want to hear it. She only wants her sink fixed. She finishes him off with her fingers and long fingernails, demanding the sink be properly fixed within and hour or she'll tie him back up and tickle his feet all day long!
