Frank is very excited to finally have Jessica in his grasps. He has heard how ticklish she is, so he wanted to get his hands on her to see just how she would react. Jessica is a boardwalk hottie addicted to traveling to the east and west coasts to lay on the beach and walk the boardwalk.
