My power bodybuilding demonstration continues as I follow up the biceps with complementary work on the triceps. Triceps need good heavy weights to build and you can see and hear just how hard I train. In every exercise I go up and down the rack, stepping up the weights and then coming down to lighter ones again. Michael Jackson tracks in the background give me added oomph! You can see three sets of overhead cable pull downs, two sets chest pull-downs and two sets of arm pull-downs (with rope) and two more with straight bar. That hurts, guys! Believe me! Finally three sets of tricep sit push-up...
