While Tracy leaves the room for a moment she overhears Kym and Sam talking about a late night meeting and decides that Batgirl should be there to investigate. When Batgirl gets to the location, she finds Sam as a damsel-in-distress, tied up, gagged and struggling. Batgirl knows this could be a trap, but her feelings go out for her old friend and she rushes to untie her. As Batgirl is untying Sam, Kym grabs the heroine and puts a tired cloth over her mouth.
