Kymberly Jane and I made an instructional video to show you how to do mouth-to-mouth recitation. We explain the steps of CPR and then we act out scenarios to show you how it is done. We focus on mouth-to-mouth and not chest compressions. We do a couple of scenarios where we take turns and giving each other mouth-to-mouth. We lift the chin, plug the nose, put our mouth over the other girls' mouth and blow air in until the belly/chest inflates.
