I am hanging out with Kymberly Jane when all of a sudden she begins choking on her food. She can't take a breath, so I rush to her rescue. I stand behind her and perform the Heimlich maneuver. I thrust Kym against my body several times, but she still can't breathe and looses consciousness. I throw her onto the bed, put her arms at her sides, lift her head back and press her chin open. Kym's belly rises and inflates to show that my air has passed into her. I continue to give her mouth to mouth until she is revived. Kym is extremely thankful that I saved her life and asks to learn the techniques I used. I teach her the Heimlich maneuver and mouth-to-mouth by having her demonstrate on me. She practices giving me mouth to mouth and does a great job. We then decide to share our life saving knowledge and make an instructional video. We discuss the key points of the life saving techniques and show a demonstration of us using them. For the demonstration we re-create the scenario that happened when Kym was choking and I needed to save her. Only this time, I am the one that needs saving. I begin choking and Kym performs the Heimlich on me. I and she throws me on the bed and gives me mouth to mouth again until I am revived.
